Bill was born August 10, 1935 in Graceville, MN to Richard and Frances P. (Boyle) Schreiner. The family later moved to Dilworth, MN where Bill graduated from Dilworth High School in 1954. On November 17, 1962 he married June Magelki at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mandan. Bill had a strong work ethic which he demonstrated as he worked as a fireman for the Northern Pacific Railroad, as a guard at the State Industrial School in Mandan, as manager at the Bismarck Auto Dine, and as a Funeral Assistant at Buehler-Larson Funeral Home for many years. Very social and active, Bill was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Mandan and served as an acolyte and on the funeral lunch committee. He was a member of the 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus and Mandan Lions. Giving of his time, he enjoyed helping others. For 15 years Bill was the caregiver for his father and mother-in-law, Joe and Elizabeth Magelki. He liked to do yard work, take walks, and listen to music. A highlight was always spending time with his family and he especially enjoyed Schreiner family reunions. Blessed to have shared his life is his wife of 48 years, June, Mandan; three children, Joe (Shelly) Schreiner, Chisholm, MN, Jean Schreiner (Al Beamon II), Fargo, and Jeff (Lisa) Schreiner, Madison, WI; six grandchildren, Ben, Arin, and Gabby Schreiner, Alfred Beamon III, and Mckenzy and Will Schreiner; two sisters, Lorita (Howard) Nelson, Dilworth, MN and Lorraine (Jerald) Gilbertson, Audubon, MN; two brothers, Donald (Dot) Schreiner and James (Geraine) Schreiner, all of Moorhead, MN; numerous nieces and nephews; and personal friend, Richard Wirtz.
