Julie Mae Cryderman, 53, Bismarck, died following a battle with cancer on January 7, 2013 at Elm Crest Manor, New Salem.
Cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Buehler-Larson Funeral Home, Mandan, with Reverend Dale Carmen officiating. Family will greet friends and share memories one hour prior to the service.
Julie was born July 20, 1959 in Sarasota, FL to Buford and Violet Mae (Aikens) Clement. At a young age she moved with her family to North Dakota and was raised and educated in Flasher, graduating from Flasher High School in 1978. Julie enjoyed traveling all of her life and took vacations as often as possible. She’d been to nearly all 50 states. Julie enjoyed the time she spent working at Gas Plus and Stamart in Bismarck. The last fourteen years she was a cook and then into maintenance at the University of Mary. A rock and roll music lover, she liked to watch live bands and go to concerts with friends. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing pool, and reading. Her cats, Dolly and Pinky were great companions and she loved them dearly. Weekly shopping trips and lunch out with her sister and niece leave many fond memories. She was a member of Abate. Julie will best be remembered as a lifelong friend. Once she got to know you, she was dedicated and always there for her friends.
Blessed to have shared her life is her boyfriend, Dave Hemness, Bismarck; two sisters, Maureen (William) Bornhoeft, Flasher and Kelly (Dale) Landeis, Mandan; a brother, Erik Cryderman, Mandan; brother-in-law, Blaine Meyer, Flasher; nephews, Jon (Kris) Bornhoeft and Joshua Cryderman; nieces, Mandi Bornhoeft, Tanya Cryderman, Kayln Landeis, and Emily and Micaela Meyer; and several great nieces and nephews; special friends, Susan Mitchell and Crystal Binstock; and countless other friends.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul; and sister, Gina Meyer.
