Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, October 27, 2017, at Buehler-Larson Funeral Home, Mandan, with a family service at 8:00 PM. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.

Jase (Kelly Jo) was born January 6, 1992, to Dion and Charlet (Sprenger) Feigitsch. He graduated from Mandan High School in 2010. After graduation, Jase attended Bismarck State College and while there had a friendly academic competition taking a Criminal Justice class with a fellow student, his dad. He also enjoyed being part of the BSC technical staff helping with the school theatre productions. Jase obtained two associate degrees while at BSC, and then moved to Winter Park, Florida, to attend Full Sail University and continue his love for theatre and film. In 2015, he graduated as salutatorian with a Bachelor of Science in Film, receiving a perfect attendance award, and two director awards.

Jase worked his first job at NISC where he quickly began cultivating his strong, passionate work ethic he'd eventually be well known for. Over the years, he also worked at Snoopers, Superslide Amusement Park, and most recently KFYR where he worked as a master control operator. Jase was very appreciative of the overwhelming support of KFYR and his colleagues during his transition to living as a male. Prior to moving back to North Dakota, Jase was able to cross "filming for an NFL game" off of his bucket list while freelancing to film the Jacksonville Jaguars. His childhood dreams were also fulfilled in Florida when he took a job at the most magical place on Earth...Walt Disney World. Jase was an entertainment technician for WDW, and a camera operator for ESPN which gave him the opportunity to work at the 2016 Invictus Games. While working, Jase easily found friendships with his co-workers and would establish many memories he would forever hold dear.

He was a phenomenal son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and beloved friend. He adored being around people and while out and about he was usually not seen alone. Hanging out with friends and family was one of his favorite past times, whether it was to watch a movie (usually to try and find filming errors), enjoy a tv show, go on a traveling adventure, eat a meal, or sip a coffee. Jase loved photography and had an eye for detail (or an angle) that most of us wouldn't notice. He also enjoyed sketching, creating/editing videos, and listening to a variety of music. Jase’s quick-witted humor would instantly put a smile on your face, and he had the uncanny ability to know when someone needed a listening ear.

We cannot summarize in a few paragraphs the depths of this unique soul, the multitude of lives he’s touched, and the many that had an impact on his life.

Jase will be deeply missed by his parents, Dion and Charlet, Mandan; sister and brother-in-law, Lindsay and Kurtis Newcomb, Ellaville,GA and their pets, Jackson and Sadie; grandfather Frank Feigitsch, Mandan; his loving dog, Tyson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ervin and Lorraine Sprenger and Mary Ann Feigitsch; and uncle, Charles Sprenger.
