Dennis Repnow, 66, Mandan, died February 17, 2017 at Sanford Health, Bismarck.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Buehler-Larson Funeral Home, Mandan, with Rev. Joshua Eddy officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Peace Cemetery in New Salem.
Dennis was born April 2, 1950 in Bismarck to Milton and Elaine (Seeger) Repnow. His family lived in New Salem for a few years, and then moved around ND, SD, and MN before returning to New Salem where Dennis graduated from New Salem High School in 1968. On August 24, 1974 Dennis married Bonnie Heupel in Elgin. He was a laborer and worked on many road construction projects throughout the years. Dennis' greatest passion was fishing. He always had a fishing pole in his vehicle so he could throw in a line wherever he was.
Survivors include his mother, Elaine Repnow, Garrison; three sons, Daren (Sherri) Repnow, Bismarck, Dale (Carmen) Repnow, Mandan, and Dustin Repnow, Mandan; two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Alexis Repnow, Bismarck; his former spouse, Bonnie Repnow, Bismarck; two brothers, Darrell (Sharilan) Repnow, Hazen and Daniel (Pam) Repnow, Garrison; and several nieces and nephews.
Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Milton Repnow; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Reuben and Louise Heupel; and several uncles and aunts.
